When you’re 38, knackered, and too busy to notice, life-changing days are rare. My style consultancy day with Sarah Morgan was one of those. Truly life changing. I’m a recently separated mother of two, running my own business. My life is a hectic mish mash of work and home, and my appearance and confidence were fraying at the edges. Sarah helped me look at ways to maximize the impact of my appearance in different work, home, and going out situations. She was warm, friendly, and honest and gave intelligent, practical advice that I could implement immediately. I came away feeling like Sarah had plugged me into a socket and recharged my confidence batteries. Since my style consultation with Sarah I’ve lost count of the number of comments I’ve received from friends and colleagues about how good I look!

Sarah did my colour assessment and I was surprised at what suited me. I then went shopping with Sarah, and her wide knowledge of what was available, what colours to choose (and eliminate) and her advice about styles etc made clothes shopping fun - which is praise indeed, coming from a guy... The clothes she picked suited me very well and I get complimented about how 'together' I look. Guys should use Sarah too - it's not just for ladies'.

I spent a wonderful day with Sarah where everything she said made sense. She is such a positive and creative person to be around, I came away having so much more confidence in myself and feel more comfortable with who I am. However, the biggest difference is that now shopping is no longer such a nightmare and doesn’t take so long. I know which styles suit me and which I should stay away from, and I don’t even bother picking anything off the peg that has yellow, orange or brown tones anymore because I know it just doesn’t suit my colouring. How liberating…it feels great!
